Digitise legacy seismic sections and reconstruct structured seismic traces for modern interpretation workflows. Original files never leave your browser, with transparent quality control and downloadable SEG-Y deliverables.
Illustration using synthetic data.
Scanned sections as TIFF, PNG, JPEG or PDF, SEG-Y files, or ZIP archives of these.
Mark the first and last trace at two times and set the sample interval.
Picked wiggles drawn over the scan, with measured checks and explicit warnings.
SEG-Y Rev 0, 1 or 2 and a JSON QA report, assembled in your browser.
Reconstructing traces from a scanned section is not the same as recovering original field recordings. A plotted section is already processed: digitisation recovers the traces as they were displayed, within the limits of scan resolution, plot density and gain. Information that was never preserved on the record — pre-stack data, clipped amplitudes, lost headers — cannot be recovered.
Decoding, calibration, digitizing and file checks happen in your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept as an archive.
Files are decoded, calibrated and digitized in your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded.
Trace extraction runs in background workers of your tab, in parallel on your CPU cores.
Only a trace count is sent, to count the job against your quota.
An account stores job settings and QC summaries, never your seismic files.
